Jeff Boswell

Jeff leads West Monroe’s Dallas office and is a Partner in the firm’s Operations Excellence practice, bringing nearly 30 years of experience partnering with senior executives to deliver solutions that improve profitability, reduce costs, and strengthen performance across financial management, IT services, and organizational change.

He specializes in ERP implementations, partnering with finance and operations leaders to modernize systems, enhance financial visibility, and enable better decision-making. Since joining West Monroe in 2014 from Accenture, he has helped grow the firm’s Dallas presence and is known for leading complex programs from strategy through execution—delivering on-time, on-budget results. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University and a master’s degree from Northern Illinois University.

Jeff is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and twin daughters, often attending their sporting events.
