Passionate and optimistic, Erik provides innovation leadership to our Product Experience & Engineering practice. He believes that the more we build innovation in our culture, the better we will be able to positively impact the way our clients think and work.

Prior to joining West Monroe in 2002, Erik was a consultant at Bearing Point and Arthur Andersen. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, where he participated in the Technology and Management program, which blended curriculum between the Engineering and Business schools.

What makes Erik different

Erik resides in Chicago’s North Shore with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending as much time as he can with them, while playing guitar and piano in his spare time. Erik has studied classical piano since he was 5 years old and loves using music as an outlet and mechanism to blend artistic expression with math and science.

Where Erik makes an impact

Erik volunteers with St. Francis Xavier School in Wilmette, Illinois, serving on the board and leading the Technology Committee. West Monroe has graciously helped design St. Francis Xavier’s annual report.
