With a deep focus on innovation, Dhaval collaborates with clients to develop new products and services, navigate M&A opportunities, and drive digital transformation. His expertise spans enabling subscription-based business models and cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer value and retention. Prior to West Monroe, Dhaval was a managing partner with Waterstone Group, which West Monroe acquired.
