Dan McGuire

Capturing value in a transformation requires aligning the people strategy with the business strategy. That’s Dan’s role. An adept problem solver, he creates value for his clients by breaking complex concepts down into understandable stories that lead the way to sound human capital strategies. 

He supports all human resources, organizational, people, and cultural aspects of transformations and mergers & acquisitions. That includes organization design, strategic workforce planning, digital transformation, due diligence, M&A governance, HR and functional team stand-up and integration execution.

Having spent time working on the ground in Asia and Europe, as well as in the United States, he is well equipped to help companies navigate risks and opportunities associated with global business. He also has experience establishing offshore financial operations and project management support centers in India and Poland to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency in global delivery. 

Prior to joining West Monroe, he was a senior M&A consultant with Mercer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and management from Wittenberg University.
