Dan leads West Monroe’s Healthcare practice, partnering with payers, providers, and health services organizations to improve outcomes and deliver measurable value.

He brings deep experience leading healthcare transformations—from strategy through execution—across clinical, operational, and technology initiatives. Dan specializes in complex integrations and enterprise change, helping organizations modernize systems, streamline operations, and improve patient and member experiences. Since joining through the Invoyent acquisition, he has built high-performing teams and delivered results across the healthcare ecosystem.

Dan’s all-in mindset

Dan is driven by a mission to improve healthcare beyond the workplace, serving as Board Vice President for Project Access Northwest, a nonprofit that expands access to specialty care for underserved communities. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, karaoke, and wine tasting—and is always open to guitar lessons and tips.
