Drawing on more than three decades of experience — including years leading West Monroe’s Energy & Utilities industry — Dan brings deep expertise helping organizations modernize operations, navigate complex transformation, and apply technology to drive measurable value.

He has delivered tangible results for some of the nation’s largest utilities, including enabling a $5 million annual cost reduction for a leading investor-owned utility. Before joining West Monroe in 2008, Dan founded and sold db3 Broadband, LLC. He was named a Top Consultant by Consulting Magazine and holds a degree from Northern Illinois University, along with certifications from the University of Chicago and Yale. Dan’s All-In Mindset

Dan actively supports his daughters’ high school as a business incubator mentor and fundraising volunteer. Earlier in his career, he conquered his fear of heights by free climbing 300-foot telecommunication towers.
