He oversees global offices, nearshoring strategy, and back-office functions, leveraging his process improvement expertise to optimize operations.

With over 26 years in consulting, Brian has shaped West Monroe's global expansion, including tripling the Costa Rica presence to support diverse roles. He co-founded Madrona Solutions Group, guiding CRM solutions before West Monroe’s acquisition. Brian is a business and technology expert with two published books and "40 under 40" recognition.
