As Chief AI Officer, Bret Greenstein drives how West Monroe—and its clients—activate the full potential of AI. He works across industries and teams to embed AI into consulting delivery, equip employees with practical AI fluency, and shape differentiated offerings that address evolving business needs. With more than 30 years of experience leading AI and data transformations, Bret has held senior roles at PwC, Cognizant, and IBM, where he built and scaled high-growth practices, led multi-billion-dollar portfolios, and advised Fortune 500 executives on next-generation technology strategies.

A lifelong learner, Bret also explores new cultures through language—earning certifications in Chinese from the Mandarin House Language School and Japanese from the University of Wisconsin.
