Amy Fletcher

Amy is a Senior Partner in West Monroe’s Technology & Experience work, helping clients drive business transformation through customer experience and digital engagement, while serving as Seattle Office Lead.

With a deep background in designing customer engagement programs, optimizing digital platforms, and driving business process improvements, Amy helps organizations solve complex challenges. Beyond her consulting role, she is the executive sponsor of West Monroe’s human-centered design center of excellence. Prior to joining West Monroe, Amy held leadership roles at Hitachi Consulting, where she was part of the Digital Transformation leadership team and led the Seattle office.
