Our team includes digital, healthcare, consumer & industrial products, M&A, operations excellence, and creative experts, reflecting our diverse and innovative local economy.
Minneapolis Culture
Our team is a creative, collaborative group that loves to get together to cheer on Minneapolis teams, hang out on our roof deck overlooking the city and the Mississippi, taste wines and local beers, and play winter golf on frozen Lake Minnetonka. We take wellness seriously too. We have a bike locker room and workout gym in the building accessible for all employees and we have a team of “Fitness Chiefs” who coordinate opportunities for people to get together for 5Ks, golf, and high (or very low) intensity classes.
