Following a $10.5 billion carveout, a global transportation technology company needed to transition employees into one unified ecosystem from four domains, three SSO environments, multiple collaboration platforms, and legacy systems. West Monroe partnered with them to lead IT separation readiness, TSA exit planning, and enterprise PMO coordination across global teams.
