West Monroe delivered a standalone solution in under 30 days. We implemented Ramp to enable immediate expense management, eliminating dependencies on the parent organization and ensuring Day 1 readiness.
Leveraging our carveout execution playbooks and platform accelerators, we configured a scalable solution aligned to new finance processes, integrated the platform with the ERP environment, and moved quickly from design to deployment. Together, we onboarded more than 50 users at launch and issued 147 cards in 90 days, which processed over $5M in spend.
