Building Trusted Data Across the Enterprise
Community Health Choice’s fragmented governance, undefined ownership, and inconsistent quality data created operational inefficiencies and limited confidence in the data used across the organization. To achieve best-in-class performance, it needed to establish trusted data as the foundation for enterprise decision-making.
West Monroe partnered with CHC, a Texas-based nonprofit managed care organization, to design and launch an enterprise-wide data governance program grounded in business use cases that deliver value in months, not years. Through a strong focus on organizational change management, the program evolved into a new enterprise capability—advancing governance maturity, strengthening data stewardship, and improving trust in enterprise data.
Today, our partnership has helped move CHC forward on its journey toward a data-driven culture—powering smarter decisions, better member experiences, and a scalable foundation ready to support advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
