West Monroe is proud to be recognized as a 2023 Top 150 Workplace in Dallas-Fort Worth by The Dallas Morning News.
This acknowledgment wouldn't be possible without our exceptional team, whose astonishing talents never cease to amaze me. They tirelessly collaborate and innovate to tackle our clients’ complex business challenges. This award is also a testament to our mission of building the next generation of leaders, not only within our firm, but also throughout the Dallas community.”
The Dallas Morning News and Medium Giant’s Top Workplaces D-FW is run by research partner, Energage, and is predicated on an extensive employee survey that celebrates excellence in areas such as company leadership, compensation, training, workplace flexibility, diversity, and more. In 2023, the 15th year for the Top Workplaces awards in D-FW, a record-breaking number of nearly 6,000 deserving companies were nominated and more than 166,000 employees were surveyed. Winners were honored during a special invite-only awards celebration on Thursday, November 2 and featured in the Top Workplaces D-FW magazine, distributed in The Dallas Morning News on November 5.
