West Monroe named a 2023 Best Workplace for Parents by Fortune and Great Place to Work®

West Monroe is proud to again be named one of the Best Workplaces for Parents by Fortune and Great Place to Work® . This is West Monroe’s fifth consecutive year named to this list, ranking No. 67.

2023 Best Workplace for Parents by Fortune and Great Place

Great Place To Work determined the 2023 Best Workplaces for Parents by analyzing the survey responses of over 612,000 employees with parenting responsibilities at Great Place To Work Certified companies that also met the criteria for this list. Great Place to Work’s analysis also focused on how parents’ workplace experiences compare to those of their non-parent colleagues, and reviewed each company’s parental leave, adoption, flexible schedule, childcare, and dependent health care benefits. Winning companies were those that offered the most positive outcomes for working parents regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.

“At West Monroe, we understand the importance of being human. It may sound simple, but ensuring our people are at the core of everything we do creates a fulfilling work environment for all, including our parents”, said Tanya Moore, West Monroe’s Chief People Officer.

We’re proud to have proactively introduced and maintained programs that help our parents navigate the world of work and home. This award serves as validation of our commitment to a human-centered workplace for all.

“It’s hard to give your all for a company when you struggle to care for your family,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “These companies know that caring for the needs of workers leads to increased productivity, performance, and innovation velocity — must-haves for businesses today.”

The award continues to reflect West Monroe’s investment in family-friendly policies and programs, and the firm’s continued positive experiences for working parents– including generous parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers, flexible work arrangements, mental health listening sessions on topics such as caregiving, flexible time off, parenthood benefits through Maven, peer support through our employee groups like Consulting Moms, and backup care offerings through Bright Horizons– designed to benefit all employees, not just parents.

Nationally, West Monroe has received numerous national and regional accolades for its workplace and people practices. Great Place to Work previously recognized West Monroe as one of the Best Workplaces for Millennials, Best Workplace in Consulting and Professional Services, and more. Our award-winning culture is built on the belief that investing in our people and building the next generation of leaders is key to our success.
