Our mission to build the next generation of leaders and we are committed to creating a differentiated employee experience that allows all employees to grow and thrive.”
The ranking considered feedback representing more than 7.5 million employees working at Great Place to Work-Certified organizations. To determine the list, Great Place to Work evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job and measured the differences in over 500,000 Millennials’ survey responses to those of other generations to assess the quality and consistency of their experiences. Statements were weighted according to their relevance in describing the most important aspects of an equitable workplace to Millennials. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. West Monroe ranked No. 99.
