West Monroe once again named one of Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces for the 12th Year in a Row

West Monroe, a national business and technology consulting firm, has once again been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by the Chicago Tribune.

West Monroe once again named one of Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces for the 12th Year in a Row

The report ranked West Monroe No. 26 among mid-sized companies. West Monroe was one of 200 employers recognized in the annual workplace report, a combined effort between the Chicago Tribune and its partner, Energage, which surveys employees to measure several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“It is an honor to be named a top workplace for the 12th year in a row by the Chicago Tribune,” said Tom Hulsebosch, West Monroe’s Chicago office leader.

This award wouldn’t be possible every year without all of our people’s continued commitment to our ‘People First’ culture and our mission of building the next generation of leaders. This is especially meaningful as we’re experiencing continued rapid growth as a firm and in the Chicago office, all while working with our people to navigate the challenges of a global pandemic and providing meaningful careers with significant growth opportunities.

Founded in 2002 in Chicago, West Monroe has grown to eight offices across the United States and 2,000 employees nationally. With nearly 1,000 employees in the Chicago office, West Monroe aims to nearly double the local workforce to 1,600 people by 2024. Our Chicago office serves a multitude of local clients in the financial services, private equity, consumer and industrial products, energy and utilities, retail high-tech and software, and healthcare and life sciences industries.

Like all West Monroe offices, the Chicago team is a highly participatory and collaborative culture marked by frequent events, transparent employee communications, a strong commitment to serving the local community through its corporate social responsibility program, a deep focus on inclusion and diversity through employee-led resource groups, and regular recognition awards.

The rankings were revealed at a virtual awards ceremony on November 4, and The Chicago Tribune published the complete list of Top Workplaces in a special edition published on November 5.
