West Monroe’s Jennifer Roths, a partner in the firm’s Financial Services practice, and Tanya Sukhu, a partner in the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, have each been honored as one of Consulting Magazine’s 2022 Women Leaders in Consulting.
This award program recognizes women leaders impacting the consulting profession. The publication selected winners in distinct categories — Jennifer is recognized for Excellence in Client Service and Tanya as Mentor of the Year.
Jennifer is the leader of West Monroe’s Agricultural Lending and Midwest Financial Services practice. She founded and built the firm’s Agricultural Lending & Farm Credit practice and now serves as the account director for over 15 agriculture lenders and farm credit associations, representing over $350 billion in credit out to United States farmers, ranchers, and producers. She thrives on bringing people together to achieve higher success through deep collaboration with her clients and teams.
“Jen is a true standout in the agricultural lending space and this award is a testament to all of her accomplishments,” said Jodi Bednar, senior partner and incoming Chicago Office lead.
Financial institutions, especially in ag lending, increasingly see the need to become more digital and adopt the latest technology that’s rapidly transforming the agriculture industry. Jen and her team continue to bring their expertise and trusted counsel to clients leading them to become digitally enabled organizations.”
Tanya leads West Monroe’s Southern California Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, guiding medical, dental, and ancillary payer organizations through some of the most complex and high-risk projects that health plan organizations undertake. Her blend of expertise in operations, innovation strategy, and technology makes her a trusted advisor. An enthusiastic, engaging leader, she likes to work closely with her team, practice, and colleagues to build consensus and collaboratively deliver tangible impact. Tanya serves as an executive sponsor for the firm’s Women’s Leadership Network, is a member of Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation and Women in Health Administration of Southern California.
“We are so grateful that Tanya joined our Los Angeles office to lead the Southern California healthcare practice,” said Jordan Sternlieb, West Monroe’s Los Angeles Office Lead.
Over the past year and a half, Tanya has distinguished herself as a trusted advisor to clients and leader to her team members. But most of all, she fulfills West Monroe’s mission day in and day out by serving as an excellent mentor to the next generation of women across the West Coast. Thank you for all you do, Tanya, and congratulations on this well-deserved recognition.”
The publication honored all award recipients at a gala dinner in New York City on November 3.
