West Monroe named No. 9 on Consulting Magazine’s 2021 ‘Best Firms to Work For’ list
West Monroe, a national business and technology consulting firm, has once again been recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the 2021 Best Firms to Work For. This is the 12th consecutive year West Monroe has received this recognition, and the 10th year in a row on the large firms list.
The ranking is a comprehensive look at quality of life within the consulting profession’s top firms, based on an independent survey of about 11,000 consultants representing more than 300 firms. The award measures employee satisfaction in the following categories: culture, career development, client engagement, compensation and benefits, and firm leadership.
“Despite a challenging 2020 and 2021, we have remained dedicated to our inclusive, people-first culture that has allowed us to continue attracting the best and brightest talent,” said Chief People Officer Susan Stelter.

Founded in 2002 in Chicago, West Monroe has grown to eight offices across the United States and more than 1,600 employees. The actual rankings were revealed at a special in-person gala on September 9, 2021 and published in the September issue of Consulting Magazine.
