West Monroe ranks No. 4 on the Best Workplace list in New York by Great Place to Work®
West Monroe, a national business and technology consulting firm, today announced it has been recognized as one of the 2021 Best Workplaces in New York for the large category. This is West Monroe’s second consecutive year and third time being named to this prestigious list.
West Monroe ranked No. 4, based on analysis of confidential survey feedback from nearly 78,000 current employees in the New York State, tri-state, and metro area.

West Monroe’s New York City office has more than 160 employees and serves clients across the Northeast in key industries, including private equity, banking, energy and utilities, healthcare, and life sciences. To accommodate for anticipated growth to 750 employees by 2025, the New York office moved into a new space last year at Worldwide Plaza effectively quadrupling the firm’s local real estate footprint.
Like all West Monroe offices, the New York office is committed to supporting and empowering its employees through various inclusion and diversity initiatives, maintaining a highly collaborative culture, a strong commitment to serving the local community, and regular recognition programs. In December 2020, West Monroe was named to Crain’s Best Places to Work in New York City list.
The Best Workplaces in New York list is highly competitive. Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. To be considered, companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard.
