AI Use Policy

West Monroe recognizes the increasing use of generative artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools by job applicants. This policy outlines how and when applicants may use generative AI in our hiring process and applies to all applicants for positions at West Monroe.

Guiding Principles

We value the unique experiences, skills, and perspectives every applicant brings, and our goal is to assess the authentic capabilities and fit of each candidate. While use of AI can help a candidate prepare for the application process, it should not replace the applicant’s own voice or misrepresent their skills and experiences.

This policy helps West Monroe achieve its goal while balancing the benefits and increasingly widespread use of AI. West Monroe may adjust this policy in the future in response to changing market, legal, or other requirements.
