Veronica understands the value of building communities in an increasingly virtual world. More importantly, she knows how to build them for tangible impact. She helped a national dental provider use Salesforce Community Cloud to reduce onboarding for new members from months to weeks, reduce call volume through self-service, reduce the time required to submit claims from over 2.5 minutes to under 1.5 minutes, and enable near real-time back-end claims processing responses, down from a 1-day lag. On top of it, she met the client’s requirements for branding, multiple languages, and content management.
For years, she has built online communities that are engaging, collaborative, and reflective of culture – while maintaining important connections with partners, customers, and employees. Her experience lets her address both functional and technical details. And her human-centric approach creates solutions that are easy to use, make employees’ lives easier, and encourage vendors, partners, and customers to participate.
She joined West Monroe in our acquisition of Etherios, where she spent nearly a decade honing skill in using Salesforce Community Cloud to achieve business goals. She earned bachelor’s degrees in financial decision systems and biology from SUNY at Albany. She holds multiple Salesforce and other certifications.
Veronica enjoys spending time with her two grown children, husband and German Shepherd – preferably outdoors. Camping, hiking, and swimming are favorite family activities in warm weather, but cooler weather activities rank highly, as well. She also loves to paint and can sometimes be found selling gifts and cards at craft fairs in her area, along with her daughter, who owns a children’s clothing line.
She finds gratification from mentoring both peers and junior consultants as they embark on different career paths. Providing guidance and celebrating successes while encouraging the best in people is a high priority for her.
In the community, she volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Make A Wish Foundation.
