The digital era of banking demands data-enabled foundations grounded in technology and new ways of working. That’s where Steve comes in. A keen listener and problem solver with broad exposure to the technologies driving success today, he helps prospective clients see what’s possible—and then harness the best of West Monroe to make that possible.
Staying true to his military roots, he strives to play his role to the best of his ability, while recognizing team accomplishments along the way. With more than 25 years of sales experience, he loves to collaborate and share strategies with both experienced and new business development professionals and serve as a mentor. Clients count on him to be honest about everything, responsive to their needs, and keep their best interests at the forefront.
He joined West Monroe from KPMG, where he was an account relationship director in financial services. He has worked as both a bank executive and financial advisor, as well as a technology partner to financial institutions. Steve is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point with a degree in engineering and industrial management.
Steve played varsity ice hockey and baseball for Army. He still enjoys playing hockey—along with fishing (ocean or lake), golf, and walking/hiking. A combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he was handpicked to run special projects in southern Iraq, including election security for the first democratic election in the country’s history.
He is passionate about the value of Inclusion and Diversity in all aspects of life, not just his work. An ally for all underrepresented groups, he holds a special place in his heart for veterans and is an active member of our Veterans’ Committee.
A cancer survivor, Steve supports the American Cancer Society and attends the Jimmy V Victory Ride to Cure Cancer every year.
