Throughout her career, Siobhan has led teams to successfully deliver on short- and long-term goals for clients. She is skilled in managing complex environments, has extensive project and program management experience, and has an ability to communicate clearly and concisely to her clients.
Siobhan has led C-suite level visioning sessions assisting clients to ideate and refine transformational and hugely disruptive strategic ideas with the goal of developing new and unexpected ways of creating value and shaping the future of their business. She has also assisted clients in rethinking traditional implementation procedures to move to an agile and iterative implementation and innovation process.
Siobhan is passionate about coaching and mentoring her teams to achieve their highest potential at work and outside of it.
Siobhan joined West Monroe in 2019 from EY, where she was a senior manager in the Digital Industries practice. She has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University.

Siobhan is a world-class fencer and an Olympian. She represented Ireland in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Siobhan is also a certified Intuitive Consultant and coaches others on how to become more self-aware and use their intuition. She lives in Manhattan and visits her family in Germany and Ireland whenever she can.
Where Siobhan makes an impact
Siobhan is on the steering committee for the Ireland Funds Young Leaders Group, a fundraising organization in New York City that supports charities in Ireland. Siobhan is an ordained minister and gives back to her community by leading inspirational talks and meditations. Siobhan holds certifications as a Registered Health Information Administrator, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Intuitive Consultant.
