For example, she recently helped an event management company with their largest US acquisition by developing a new operating model, consolidating 4 legal entities and divesting an entire business portfolio.
She is uniquely suited to guide both executives and companies through complex change because she has been there, herself – through multiple merger and acquisition deals, data management transformation, and large technology implementation programs. She has turned this experience into unique skills for designing and delivering consistent program management, portfolio governance, and process development across a large enterprise.
Prior to joining West Monroe, she was founder and chief executive officer of Empower Change Consulting. Previously, she held executive program management roles with several leading financial services organizations. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine and an MBA from American InterContinental University. She holds certifications from the Project Management Institute and the Association of Change Management Professionals.
She is an internationally certified health and wellness coach. She loves to travel anywhere with a beach but also enjoys tending to her gardens in Maine.
She has a unique ability to create and implement coaching and mentoring programs for personal motivation and accountability – with noted skills for working with individuals to create personal change in their lives. She is also an enthusiastic participant in developing our next generation of women leaders.
