With an eye for Organizational Change Management, Ragan is constantly thinking about how to make impactful changes for her clients. She does this not only through implementation and strategy work, but also with the ongoing operational changes and adoption, which ultimately drives more value. Ragan led a financial institution through a data center migration project that resulted in a $20 million savings through cloud transformation.
Ragan brings energy and fun to the West Monroe office in Seattle. A cultural staple on her team, she also loves to mentor younger consultants and was one of the initial founders of the Wellness Committee and spent time as the Chief Fitness Officer.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2013, Ragan worked in the commercial and community banking fields, including roles at Seattle Bank, Wells Fargo Securities, and First Tennessee Bank. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
