Nicole Shaver

Nicole oversees West Monroe’s core accounting, financial reporting, and revenue forecasting processes. Her clients are her internal directors and executive team, with whom she has partnered and supported for more than a decade. Together, they have celebrated innumerable financial and people milestones.

Nicole’s energy and passion about growing the West Monroe shared services team is only matched by the excitement she feels as the firm continues to expand and thrive.

A member of the West Monroe team since 2007, Nicole came to the firm after several years as a financial analyst with Baxter Healthcare and Surgery Partners. She has a B.B.A. and an M.S. from Loyola University Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant

What makes Nicole different

Nicole lives in Chicago with her husband, their twins, and their dog, Willow. She appreciates being in a part of the city where she can walk to restaurants, stores, and parks.

Where Nicole makes an impact

Nicole has supported operational, financial, and systems integration for eight acquisitions since 2013, as well as the divestiture of the firm’s former Canadian operations and Managed Services practice.
