Senior Manager Advisory & Transformation Washington, D.C.

Created with Lunacy

Nick translates deep IT and telecom expertise into undeniable impact. Over several decades, he has helped clients save over $5 billion in annual network costs and create the capacity to fund their longer-term visions. He has also guided numerous companies through complex transformation that enables them to perform better and compete more effectively. For example, he spearheaded a five-year program for a multibillion financial services company to design and procure an integrated IP network that supports cloud computing and regional data centers. His work paved the way to successful migration of 600 locations to a new vendor.

His ability to create value is the product of his extensive experience across many industries and scenarios: Hundreds of network infrastructure projects for Fortune 500 companies, more than 100 large-scale procurement projects for corporate telecom wireline and cellular services, and more than 20 significant network migrations.

In addition to network acumen, he brings proven know-how in IT strategy alignment, IT infrastructure evaluation, benchmarking, contract negotiations, and complex program management.

He joined West Monroe from Pace Harmon, where he was a director, advising clients on IT strategy and telecom management for both wireline and wireless networks. Previously, he was a strategic sourcing executive in the telecom industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Woking College, United Kingdom.
