Nick translates deep IT and telecom expertise into undeniable impact. Over several decades, he has helped clients save over $5 billion in annual network costs and create the capacity to fund their longer-term visions. He has also guided numerous companies through complex transformation that enables them to perform better and compete more effectively. In addition to network acumen, he brings proven know-how in IT strategy alignment, IT infrastructure evaluation, benchmarking, contract negotiations, and complex program management.
