Michelle’s clients tell her that she feels like a member of their team rather than an outside consultant – and with a background in the banking industry, it’s easy to understand why. She knows the challenges, needs, and opportunities her clients face, and her player-coach mentality allows her to set strategy while not being afraid to roll up her sleeves and dive into the details.

Michelle is a trusted advisor with a track record of success in the design, development, and delivery of complex process improvement projects. At West Monroe, she has led a Salesforce CRM engagement for a regional/community bank, a Treasury Management single sign-on portal and digital banking platform migration, as well as several program management offices to successfully oversee key strategic initiatives

Prior to joining West Monroe, Michelle was the Manager of Strategic Projects and Initiatives in the Treasury Management Implementation group at Wells Fargo Bank. Before joining that group, Michelle played a pivotal role on the Customer Conversion work stream for the treasury management integration for the Wachovia/Wells Fargo merger.  She also spent three years in Wealth Management on a team with $80M under management.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals.

What makes Michelle different

Michelle is deeply involved in building the culture for the rapidly-growing Dallas office. She serves as the Dallas office “Fun Fridays” chief, and is passionate about mentoring younger consultants, particularly females. Michelle grew up in New Orleans and goes back for Mardi Gras every year.

Where Michelle makes an impact

Michelle spearheaded the Dallas office’s partnership with Communities Foundation of Texas for Business to propel West Monroe’s community service locally. Personally, Michelle volunteers with Hope Supply Co, an organization that serves homeless and at-risk children in North Texas, as an ambassador and member of the annual benefit committee. She also volunteers with Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E., mentoring under-served children to help prepare them for college.
