Her unique blend of skills has delivered tangible impact for many organizations. For example, she recommended contract improvements and industry-leading practices that helped a specialty generic pharmaceutical manufacturer reduce annual wholesaler fees by $10.7 million. And for a biopharmaceutical manufacturer, she managed a government pricing restatement that delivered more than $4 million in Medicaid rebate savings.
She attributes her success to being detail oriented, organized, empathetic, and positive—but she also brings a broad base of expertise to help her understand her clients’ biggest needs and opportunities. Her experience includes regulatory and contract compliance, state drug price transparency, government programs and pricing, process improvement, data analytics, and system design and implementation.
She joined West Monroe from Deloitte, where she was a manager in the Life Sciences – Pricing and Contracting practice. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Iowa State University and holds a CPA license in California and Illinois.
An avid gardener, she considers herself a “plant mom.” Other hobbies include swimming, hiking, cooking, Zumba, reading, camping, and stand-up paddle boarding. She has traveled to more than 20 countries outside the United States and speaks Spanish. Originally from Los Angeles, her favorite things about Chicago are Lake Michigan and the city’s walkability.
She has a particular passion for professional development and has served as a performance coach and mentor to numerous colleagues.
