He brings unique perspectives and approaches for driving revenue growth thanks to his sales strategy, business operations, program management, and merger and acquisition experience across industries. He has developed effective sales, revenue, and financial forecasting models for diverse businesses, orchestrated new market entries, and guided organizational redesign and restructuring.
His passion is leading cross-functional teams, which he did for more than 20 years prior to joining West Monroe in 2022—for organizations ranging from Salesforce, AWS, Deloitte, the United States Department of State, and a Silicon Valley healthcare startup. In his previous role, he was a sales strategy and business operations manager with Amazon Web Services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Matthew enjoys staying active, whether running, gardening, traveling, or cheering on the Tottenham Hotspur football club. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and has served as an advisor to and program manager for the United States Department of State in overseas locations.
His extensive cross-functional experience enables him to understand stakeholders’ points of view, address concerns, alleviate obstacles, and motivate teams to execute on strategy.
