His track record for corporate performance tells the story: For a multibillion-dollar education and healthcare solutions business, he improved profitability while also growing revenue by $250 million over two years. He also led a $150 million commercial extended warranty business with worldwide P&L responsibility, returning the business to growth for the first time in five years. And for a wireless phone vendor, he developed innovative strategies to enable North American market entry and grow annual business unit revenue to $300 million.
He employs well-honed analytical capabilities to break down complex issues and draw customer and market insights that anchor strategic decisions. His highly consultative approach and emphasis on strong partnership are particularly effective in matrixed organizations.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2021, he was senior director of worldwide strategy and operations for HP Inc.’s Vertical Solutions Global Business Unit. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from INSEAD Graduate School of Business (France).
Mark’s aspiration to reach new heights has taken him above 21,000 feet in Nepal and ski-touring across the Haute Route from Mont Blanc Chamonix in France to the Matterhorn Zermatt in Switzerland. He also enjoys youth baseball, ice hockey, running, international travel, and reading non-fiction or fiction if written more than 100 years ago.

Away from work, he is a board member for his local Little League baseball association where he also coaches and tries to keep up with his three sons.
