Mark has spent the last four years at West Monroe building an Intelligent Automation practice from scratch as a way to help our clients eliminate high-cost, high-risk, and low-value manual work. Not only has the process been valuable for clients, but he has also found it immensely rewarding to watch his team develop and grow their professional, technical, and business skills throughout the process.
Mark joined West Monroe in 2015 from The Revere Group/NTT DATA Americas, where he was a senior director. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a master’s degree from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
What makes Mark different
Mark, his wife, and their two teenage sons live in the western suburbs of Chicago. The family loves escape rooms; they have completed more than 100 with a 90% success rate. He loves how an hour-long puzzle allows his family to engage, communicate, and problem-solve on equal footing. Mark is also a second-degree taekwondo black belt and competes throughout the year.
Where Mark makes an impact
Over the course of his career, Mark has guided his clients’ transformation efforts, including incubating and launching a services business for a leading insurance company, orchestrating a two-year information technology roadmap, and developing a value realization model/metrics and change management plans.
