Linda not only has a passion for tackling the healthcare industry’s complex challenges to improve performance and care. She has the skills to do so and a track record for delivering tangible impact. Her work has helped various integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and physician groups transform the way they operate to meet the changing demands of the healthcare landscape. These projects routinely deliver cost savings greater than 20%.
She believes information technology is the enabling backbone for healthcare organizations to deliver quality and efficient care to their patients. Her unique blend of healthcare operations, IT strategy, organizational design, financial modeling, and transformation experience enables her to create solutions that support today’s needs and enable tomorrow’s visions. She has led multiple large-scale technology transformation and strategic projects, ranging from electronic health record (EHR) initiatives to lifecycle management, systems integration, and application portfolio optimization.
She joined West Monroe from PwC, where she led strategic technology projects for healthcare clients. Previously, she spent more than five years with Accenture. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University, with minors in chemistry and psychology. Her professional certifications include Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Epic Ambulatory.
Linda brings a global perspective to her work – a product of having lived in Singapore, Japan, and Canada, as well as on both coasts of the United States, while growing up. She still enjoys traveling and counts Venice, Amsterdam, Osaka, and Bangkok among her favorite destinations.
A self-professed foodie and budding baker, she loves cooking and discovering new recipes and restaurants.
