John’s work exemplifies our multidisciplinary expertise, bringing together our financial services, technology and change management expertise to help clients realize value from new loan origination platforms. He has led change management planning and execution for projects at five financial institutions over the past three years. These projects greatly improved both employee and customer experiences throughout the commercial lending process.
His toolbox for guiding clients toward an aspirational vision includes capabilities such as change readiness assessments and roadmaps, organizational design workshops, communication planning, role impact assessments and training plans.
He has worked at West Monroe since earning his bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio).
John is an avid golfer who hits the course whenever possible and has a personal mission to attend every Ryder Cup held in the United States.
He and his wife – who met in college and discovered they were born just eight hours apart – enjoy discovering new restaurants and playing with their young son and two yellow labs, Archie and George.
