Jermaine has always brought passion, creativity, diligence, and steady leadership to the challenge of employing new technology to solve business problems. That formula is his recipe for delivering tangible results. For more than 20 years, he has helped leading companies across industries maximize productivity and transform their businesses. On a recent engagement for a global manufacturing and distribution organization, he led the rollout of Salesforce Service Cloud across eight countries with three different languages. He architected a unified solution, allowing the client to streamline, standardize and automate many customer service processes, scale operations and use metrics to drive desired outcomes. The results achieved from this solution allowed the client team to win the coveted CEO Award.
Today, he focuses primarily on complex Salesforce delivery programs that drive growth and success by engaging customers, employees, business partners, and other stakeholders. He holds five Salesforce certifications, as well a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
Prior to joining West Monroe, he was a senior principal with Slalom Consulting. He has a master’s degree in computer science from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Illinois.
He is a tech enthusiast who is also a big fan of the outdoors and has hiked and backpacked in amazing locations such as Glacier National Park and the West Coast Trail in Vancouver. He also enjoys cycling, woodworking, and traveling.
He believes in the power of teamwork. At work, he channels his energy into building and enabling high-performing teams and developing strong partnerships with client stakeholders.
He carries that passion for teamwork into his community, where he is a member of the local school district board of education and has coached and refereed for the American Youth Soccer Organization.
