As our Seattle office leader, Jerin is at the helm of a fast-growing, multidisciplinary team that is building digital leaders – and delivering the tangible financial benefits of being digital. He also shapes firmwide strategy and capabilities as a member of West Monroe’s Executive Team and Operating Committee.
One of our first West Coast employees, Jerin joined the Seattle office in 2006, months after it opened. Over the years, he has used his technical and business expertise to solve many complex client challenges. But his impact has been far greater. Highly dedicated to the career equity and potential of his colleagues, he has contributed to all facets of growing the office to more than 130 people – and creating a unique culture that has earned numerous workplace awards. Today, the Seattle office serves dozens of clients, employing distinctive capabilities in areas such as healthcare, financial services, mergers and acquisitions, consumer and industrial products.
Jerin has also been at the center of building cloud and technology capabilities that are core to West Monroe’s digital business expertise. He is a long-time advisor to CIOs – and even an interim CIO, himself – who has helped organizations transform from a delivery mindset to a product mindset enabling nimble capability to meet customer needs. He continues to lead Seattle’s technology team.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2006, he worked for a real estate company as the director of technology. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.

Jerin is always looking for an excuse to be outside – whether that means golfing, fishing in local lakes, traveling with his wife, and enjoying Washington’s incredible natural beauty.
Where Jerin makes an impact
A life-long resident of Washington State, Jerin is deeply committed to his community and proud of the difference West Monroe makes across the area. Away from work, he participates, with his wife, in animal rescue efforts. He has also served as board chair of Friends of the Children – Seattle and on the CIO Advisory Board of 501 Commons.
