Jennie is a director in West Monroe's Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. She has performed operational and technical redesigns and optimization across Revenue Cycle Management – including Patient Access, for health systems as well as academic medical centers, resulting in decreased denials and claim edits, plus improved operational workflows. For another client, Jennie’s Labor Productivity Management solutions resulted in more than $5 million in recurring net benefit.

She joined West Monroe in 2015 from McKinnis Consulting Services, where she was a manager responsible for delivering best-practice revenue cycle methodology and technology solutions for healthcare organizations across the country. Jennie has a B.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago, a M.S. from DePaul University, and a Master of Jurisprudence degree from the Loyola University School of Law.
