He has worked in this space for decades and understands how to cut through the complexity and challenges while still remaining focused on accelerating the path to value.
That experience translates to impact for organizations large and small. For example, Jeff led a team that identified more than $400 million in excess network capacity that resulted in an immediate $200 million in cost savings and a $100 million revenue uplift for a major North American communications service provider. He also guided the 5G command center deployment for a major wireless company, which created significant market synergies, and eliminated supply chain delays, that resulted in capital and operating expense savings, as well as revenue uplift—all sooner than expected.
Jeff is able to blend subject matter expertise across the disciplines of network planning, engineering, deployment, operations, and finance to develop cost effective solutions. His experience spans a wide range of communication technologies and companies.
Jeff joined West Monroe in 2021 from Accenture, where he worked with global wireline and wireless companies, national backbone providers, and communication service providers to transform and optimize networks, processes, procedures, and the workforces that operate them. Over the previous 30 years, he held various consulting and operational executive roles in the communication services sector. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from the University of Missouri-Rolla and an MBA from Southern Illinois University.

Once the head chef of an Italian restaurant, today he channels this talent into grilling out and wine. He is a people person and enjoys meeting and working with all. In college, he was elected captain of his football team and selected to the conference’s first team.
