Jason’s lifelong focus has been on healthcare. He wants to see the system provide value and access for everyone. This means helping providers and payers navigate how they work together to best support their changing consumer and patient needs. Most recently, he helped organizations implement risk-based relationships, including the data, analytics, and clinical models needed to be successful.
He has enjoyed working with organizations across the healthcare value chain in finding new markets to serve and developing the operations needed to grow. He has led multiple $100+ million programs to develop new market offerings, advance digital enablement, and drive operational excellence. He is inspired by solving challenges and working collaboratively with the people around him to achieve results.
He joined West Monroe in 2022 from Priority Health in Grand Rapids, where he was a vice president for the provider network. Previously, he spent more than a decade with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
He loves being outside and exploring, especially hiking our national parks or boating around the Great Lakes. Jason and his family have visited 24 national parks and loved every one of them. He also enjoys cooking and trying to replicate great dishes from his travels. His family includes his wife, two kids, and a crazy dog named Lord MacDougal Mudd Pie (although he declines responsibility for the name).
He is an authentic leader who brings people together and empowers them with information, guidance, and support to reach their goals. Outside of work, he has been a member of the national advisory board for the Congenital Heart Clinic at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, a part of Michigan Medicine.
