An accomplished consultant, seasoned project leader, and licensed professional engineer, Gregory drives large-scale complex initiatives for electric and gas utilities. He led planning to deploy smart meters in the NYC subway system, giving the utility and transit authority near real-time operational insights.
Gregory’s full portfolio spans planning and executing grid modernization, reliability, and resiliency projects. In addition to project and program management, he has expertise in change management, utility regulation, vendor management, and emergency management and operations.
Gregory is a valued mentor who participates in the development of program leadership capabilities, guiding and inspiring younger consultants to reach their full potential.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Gregory was a senior project manager with PSE&G. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Manhattan College and an MBA from Rutgers Business School. Gregory is a licensed Professional Engineer and maintains a PMI Project Management Professional Certification.
Gregory, his wife, and daughter live in New Jersey. In addition to relaxing at nearby beaches in the summer, the Players enjoy traveling throughout the country and abroad.
Gregory has shown a commitment to serving his local community working as a volunteer firefighter in his hometown for more than 15 years.
