For companies ready to unlock the power of Salesforce and to engage customers, Dylan has you covered. His teams use technology to solve some of the toughest business challenges across many industries. For a SaaS and hosted software vendor, he implemented CPQ (configure, price, quote) capabilities that helped deliver $2 million in new revenue and $10 million in efficiency gains—and that all happened in his first year.
He successfully guided a global investment research firm through a CPQ and contract lifecycle management initiative that included redesigning business process, re-architecting pricing, and integrating systems. The project delivered over 4,5000 hours of time savings. The client is now able to complete 90% of quote requests within 24 hours, versus 30% previously.
His implementation and enterprise architecture experience spans all core Salesforce clouds and integration with third-party applications, along with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning. He maintains 17 Salesforce certifications. In addition to being an expert developer and architect, he is an accomplished project manager and business consultant.
He joined West Monroe in its 2015 acquisition of Etherios, a consultancy specializing in Salesforce solutions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.
He loves the outdoors and going camping and backpacking. He has hiked and/or canoed sections of the Adirondack Mountains, Maine, Glacier National Park, the Colorado Trail, and the Pacific Crest Trail. Closer to home, he loves living near Wrigley Field and Chicago’s lakefront.
He is passionate about teaching others development and architecture best practices and building fun team cultures. He enjoys trying to automate aspects of his work that are repetitive. He has developed several applications and command line interfaces that make it easier for him and his teams to manage everything from Salesforce deployments and data migrations to application exception handling.
