Chris understands that technology alone is not a silver bullet for success. But when combined with the right organization and supporting processes, it can deliver undeniable impact. That’s because he’s been at the center of large-scale technology programs for some of the largest banks in the world—for example, the implementation of a loan origination system at a top-three global bank that reduced processing time for commercial loans by 30%.
For nearly a decade, he has focused on financial services innovation employing the Salesforce platform and nCino’s cloud banking solutions. In that capacity, he has led development of numerous offerings and technical accelerators built on Financial Services Cloud that enable retail and commercial institutions to maximize the benefits of technology – and realize them faster.
He joined West Monroe from Capgemini, where he created and led the global center of excellence for Salesforce Financial Services. His diverse financial services background also includes experience as a financial center leader with BB&T, as well as leading the project management team with nCino. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and holds multiple Salesforce certifications.
His hobbies include surfing (particularly in Central America), going to concerts, reading, and traveling. He maintains an amazing tropical garden at his home, where you may find him tending to his plants or relaxing with coffee, yoga, or wine.
Before moving to Florida in 2020, he was a volunteer with the Boys and Girls Clubs in North Carolina.
