Chintan’s penchant for exploring and solving complex technological challenges on the Salesforce platform results in tangible value for his clients. He has implemented more than 20 solutions involving Salesforce and the nCino loan origination system, creating millions of dollars in operating efficiencies for the financial institutions involved—but his solutions deliver more than just cost benefits. For example, they reduce cycle times, improve customer experiences, and equip relationship managers to be more effective in their roles. 

Highly collaborative, he is always ready to roll up his sleeves and work closely with both clients and his team to make sure technology is compatible with their unique processes and culture—and that West Monroe can deliver that technology efficiently. He was part of two teams that created proprietary assets that allow us to deploy solutions faster, which have been used across many different client projects.  

Prior to joining West Monroe in 2015, he spent nearly a decade as a Salesforce developer and architect with Hewitt Associates (now part of Aon). He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in India and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago. He holds multiple Salesforce certifications.

What makes Chintan different

He loves straddling the divide between technology and business users and speaks the language of both. But his multilingualism goes further: He is also fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.  

Away from work, he enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, and podcasts based on real events. And he’s always up for new adventures – for example, a helicopter ride to the top of a glacier or a ride in a snow sled pulled by 10 huskies.

He is an active participant in our nCino center of excellence, which continuously enhances our capabilities for delivering lending lifecycle solutions—and he strives to bring a positive attitude and strong sense of camaraderie to his teams while doing so.
