A seasoned consultant with deep healthcare industry expertise, Carrie helps clients leverage data and technology to improve operational efficiency. She helped a top-10 pharmaceutical company achieve annual operational savings of $4 million while positioning the client as a clinical trial sponsor of choice, which is critical to their efforts to bring new therapies to market.
Carrie’s broad knowledge base spans Pharma R&D financial operations and commercial analytics, insurance claims management, customer experience, and broker operations, and M&A pre- and post-transaction support. Her experience includes leadership of ERP implementations, business process outsourcing and near-shoring, strategic planning and alignment, and process re-engineering.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Carrie was a director at RSM McGladrey. She has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago and a master’s degree from DePaul University.

Carrie serves on Rush University Medical Center’ Arthritis and Orthopedics Institute Leadership Committee and is the co-chair for West Monroe’s partnership with the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Carrie is also an active volunteer with Girl Scouts.
