In the M&A space, value creation is the name of the game—and that hinges on integration. That’s where Beth shines. She has led successful post-acquisition integration of more than 20 enterprise acquisitions in regulated sectors, aligning people, processes, and technology to meet financial and strategic objectives. For example, she created the strategy and led the execution of the integration for a $900 million acquisition, the largest acquisition in company history to exceed both revenue and EBITDA targets in the first six months.
Beth loves solving problems—and her unique blend of expertise makes her particularly well suited for transformational projects. She draws on her extensive financial and operational background to define strategies for profitable integration. She champions financial results by building strong cultures that engage the people in strategic vision of the acquisition by focusing on the “how” and “why.” And her operational leadership experience enables her to establish rapport quickly and serve as a key link between target and acquirer.
Beth joined West Monroe in 2022 from Deluxe Corporation, where she was an executive director for merger and acquisition integration. Previously, she was in various operational and leadership roles for Oriental Trading Company, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
A self-professed foodie, Beth enjoys trying new dishes and cocktails. She also loves college football and traveling. Her 10-year international travel track record includes running a marathon in Dublin. She has worked remotely for years and mastered the fine art of balancing work travel with focused family time.
She takes great pride in helping others figure out their “secret sauce” and mentoring them to succeed in what is next.
