Adam specializes in enterprise transformations for healthcare providers thanks to more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and adviser to some of the largest integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, health systems, and physician groups across the country.
Adam joined West Monroe in 2019 from Leidos Health, where he helped lead Advocate Aurora Health through their post-merger technical integration. Prior to his career at West Monroe, he was a partner with Cumberland Consulting Group, where he helped his clients implement large-scale technology solutions to improve access, clinical outcomes, and revenue cycle operations.
Adam has a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management & Information Systems and is certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Adam and his wife live in Chicago with their four young children. They enjoy spending time outdoors and attending a variety of the kids’ sporting events. Adam played baseball in college, and he and his family are big fans of the Cubs. He and his wife have three sons and were thrilled when their daughter was born the same day the Cubs won the 2016 World Series.
