LinkedIn

Siddhartha’s recipe for success is simple: strike the right balance of problem-solving intelligence (IQ), emotional awareness (EQ), and execution focus (XQ). He’s honed that formula through hands-on experience running complex transformation projects and managing business P&Ls. For example, he successfully executed the turnaround of a Pharma & Life Sciences solutions business within 15 months by updating customer service technology platform, revitalizing the workforce to deliver a better patient experience, and instilling a culture of innovation and change. Results achieved - $8 million in annual savings, 500% growth in the pipeline and a 10-point increase in client Net Promoter Scores.

He has earned the reputation as a strategic advisor who is dedicated to client success. He brings innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to impact clients’ businesses and exceeds delivery commitments. He is particularly passionate about digital transformation and automation and has published numerous articles based on his learnings in these areas.

He joined West Monroe from Pace Harmon, where he was a Principal in the Business Services Transformation service line. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager with Conduent, a Fortune 500 Business Process Outsourcing and Digital Services company. He also spent more than 10 years with IBM’s Business Process Services unit, working on large scale transformation projects with Financial Services and Healthcare clients. He holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and a Master in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

What makes Siddhartha different

Siddhartha is always up for a challenge, whether that is transforming underperforming businesses, beating his personal records in half-marathons, or completing a cross-country drive. He counts among his most memorable experiences his family’s road trip from Chicago to San Francisco and back – more than 6,000 miles over three weeks, stopping in 18 different cities. His favorite pastime is reading - history and science being his favorite topics.

Where Siddhartha makes an impact

He is eager to develop talent and actively provides mentorship to colleagues, young and experienced alike. He also helps the Chicago area’s less fortunate residents – making sure they have access to food and shelter through volunteer activities with the Greater Chicago Food Depository and Franciscan Outreach of Chicago.
