LICENSES


Occupational License (BusinessLicense) – New and Renewals  

The license application are available for download.   Business owners or their representative must submit the completed Occupational License form in person at 2305 North 7th Street, West Monroe, LA 71291. Renewal applications may be downloaded andmailed to our offices provided there are no ownership changes. If your address has changed, the form must be submitted in person to the Building Inspection office.

Liquor License    

 Liquor applications are not available on line. Please call our offices.

Bingo License    

 Bingo applications are not available on line. Please call our offices.

 

Taxi License    

 Taxi applications are not available on line.  Please call our offices.

Special Event Permits

Insurance Premium Tax (License)

 Applications are available for download. Please mail or submit in person to the City of West Monroe, Insurance Premium Tax, 2305 N 7thStreet, West Monroe, LA 71291.

Sales taxes are centralized for the parish. Contact the City of Monroe, 316 Breard St., Monroe LA 71201. Applications may be downloaded from their website and mailed to their address or faxed to 318-329-2362.
