Rumor 'tis is a bimonthly publication of the West Ouachita Senior Center, 1800 North 7th Street, West Monroe, LA 71291, and is distributed free of charge to Ouachita Parish Senior Citizens upon request.
Rumor 'tis provides dates, times and locations for seasonal events, socialization opportunities, preventative health screening, continuing education and technology training, transportation, informative speakers and other recreational activities.
